ACI-SEV IZMIR SCHOOLS OFFICE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
Introduction
In August 2004, the ACI-SEV schools in Izmir opened the Office of Public Relations Coordinator. Our office supports both ACI and SEV Primary school through promotional and marketing activities.
As an office, we:

Communicate and support the school’s mission with it’s constituent groups |

Serve as the liasion between the school and the external community |
|
|
| o |
Be proactive in building a positive awareness of the school via press releases and various other media opportunities |

| o |
Organize press visits and host the press at special school events |
|
|
| o |
Plan meetings/organizations/activities to persuade prospective parents and students to choose SEV Primary and ACI |
|
|
| o |
Continue to develop alumni communication and assist in organizing alumni events |
|
|
| o |
Prepare and provide written documents to promote the ACI-SEV schools (brochures,catalogs, inserts,etc.) |
|
|
| o |
Coordinate and assist with school publications and assure that they are published on time |
|
|
| o |
Assist school groups in gaining sponsorship for events and activities. |
